What is Labor Law?

It is the law governing the rights and duties of employers and employees, first with respect to the terms and conditions of employment, and second, with respect to the labor disputes arising from collective bargaining respecting such terms and conditions.

The major divisions of Labor Law are:

  1. The Law on Labor Standards
  2. The Law on Labor Relations
